SANA MEP Contracted at Stratford Mall
Sana MEP has been contracted by Catalyst European Property Fund LP, the owners of Stratford Mall to provide mechanical and engineering solutions to one retail unit.
The shopping centre at Stratford currently has 62 indoor and outdoor retail units that Sana MEP will be providing roof lighting and power supplies for. With 330,000 sq. ft. of retail space, the shopping centre has long been the heart of the Stratford community, frequented by locals and visitors alike. Opened in 1974, Stratford Mall has undergone many changes including electrical advancements and power supply developments.
The director of Sana MEP has stated, “Stratford Mall is a retail space close to our hearts as a locally based company, and it is enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of people each year. As the retail space adapts to market changes, we know how important a proper energy supply is to power the shopping centre for decades to come.”
Works are expected to be completed without disruption to shoppers who will be keen to stock up for the Christmas and New Year period. Stratford Mall and Sana MEP have both committed to minimal disruption – ensuring retail spaces and businesses operate smoothly while works are undertaken.
