Electrical installation of the new Royal Mail Delivery Office in Deptford. Finishing touches and final commissioning.
Location: Oriel Eye Hospital, King’s Cross.

Location: Maitland Park, Camden Town.
We did it! Check out this video of our completed electrical project for the new apartments at Maitland Park – Camden Town 👀 🔌 ⚡. ✅ Our scope of work included: mains power supplies, small power, lighting, emergency lighting, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, control wiring, containment and design.
Location: Faircharm Estate, Deptford, Greenwich, London.
It was a challenging project for us however it was completed on time and within budget.
The works compromised of the following:
- main landlords intake and mccb panels along with surge protection
- low voltage distribution system to landlords remote distribution
- life safety system inclusive of standby generator
- earthing and bonding
- general landlords lighting systems
- submain distribution to domestic flats
- landlords emergency lighting system
- landlords fire alarm system
- site wide cctv and access control
- data telephone installation
- external lighting
- complete installation to residents flats
- complete fit out to retail units
- electric car chargers fitted and commissioning
Location: 50 Farringdon Road, Farringdon London.
Network rail offices refurbishment. This consisted of new submains for several offices including new lighting and power.
Location: Coulsdon Academy.
New Build college. Including lighting and power for sports halls, kitchen and car park.
Location: Walthamstow Mall, Selbourn Road, Walthamstow E17.
This project consisted of Dali lighting controls system, containment, lab mains cabling and CCTV.
Location: Sartoria Court, Lenthal Avenue, Grays, Essex.
This job was a new development by GPP Builders from Wickford. It consisted of 30 new build 2-bed apartments. We undertook all the electrical works, which included – site temporary works, riser and mains works, landlords distribution, fire alarms, video entry and complete installation of the flats. Finished in time and within budget.
Location: Turkish Baths Leisure Centre, Ironmonger Row, Old Street, London.
This project consisted of LV room lighting, power, swimming pool power, earthing, pumps and controls.
Location: The Mall Maidstone, Pad’s Hill, Maidstone, Kent.
Designed by Elektra Lighting, this project consisted of Dali lighting controls system, containment, lab mains cabling and CCTV.
Location: Ebbsfleet Court, High Street, Northfleet, Kent.
Works consisted of main power, landlords metering, door entry, emergency lighting and fire alarm. In the flats we installed, power, lighting, BT and door entry, TV and sky wiring in accordance to all specifications and also car park & external lighting.
